The company was a relative unknown in the market. While its clients were very happy with the company’s software and its responsive client service, managing director Darren Kelly felt that the message was not getting out to the broader legal market.
Sales Strategy was brought in to interview one of the company’s clients, Tom Goudkamp of personal injury lawyers Stacks Goudkamp. The resulting case study provided Practice Evolve with valuable feedback about ways in which the company could further improve its offering. The case study was then rewritten as an article which could be published in the legal press. Professional photography was organised for pitch to legal publications.
